Analytics

Telegram group analytics

Two questions that need an answer every day: what is happening in the chat, and what the bot is doing about it. Both live in the Mini App — no exports, no third-party services.

What the summary shows

Only the figures the bot actually counts.

Messages in 24 hours
How many messages went through the checks in the past day.
Actions in 24 hours
How many times the bot stepped in: deletions, warnings, restrictions, bans.
Violations over 7 days
The total number of rules triggered over the week — enough to see a trend rather than a one-off spike.
Activity by hour
The hours when the chat is alive. This is usually what you pick scheduled-post and quiet-mode times from.
Violation breakdown
Split by category: whether the chat gets more ads, more flooding or more scams.
Images checked
How many images went through the checks in the past day.
Suspicious accounts
Fresh and obfuscated profiles over the week — the ones the bot flagged but did not ban.
CAS database bans
How many known spammers were stopped at the door over the week.
Time saved
An estimate of the time the same actions would have taken by hand.
Connected groups
How many groups are being served and which one is selected right now.

The log: decisions, not figures

The summary answers “how many”, the log answers “what exactly, and why”.

Every deletion on its own line

Who wrote it, what they wrote, which category triggered and the exact wording of the reason.

Filters

By period, severity, category and action — only bans in the past day, for instance.

Search

By group, member or message text.

One-click undo

Unban, lift a restriction or add an exemption straight from a row in the log.

Members

  • A member list with each person's message count and violation count.
  • Join date and last activity — you can see who arrived yesterday and who has been silent for a month.
  • The /user command in the chat shows the same card for one person without opening the panel.
  • Exemptions are granted from the list — for a member the rules get in the way of for good reason.

What the analytics do not have

  • History deeper than 7 days: events are kept for a week and then deleted.
  • Export to CSV or JSON — the data is read in the interface.
  • Link-click tracking or external conversions.
  • Member demographics: Telegram does not give the bot that kind of data.

Frequently asked questions

How far back do the stats go?

The log and the summary work in a window of up to 7 days: events are kept for a week and then deleted automatically. The bot has no longer history — and promising one would be untrue.

Can I see the stats for all groups at once?

Yes. The group selector has an “All your groups” option and the numbers are added up. Any single group can still be viewed on its own.

Can I see individual members?

Yes, there is a list with message counts, violation counts, join dates and last activity. The same list is where you grant exemptions and lift restrictions.

Is there a CSV export?

Not yet. The data is read in the Mini App; there is no file export in the current version.

Do the analytics count deleted messages?

Messages the bot deleted go into the violation log with a category and a reason — they are the main material of this section.
